Restorative Yoga for the Holidays

The holidays can be a tremendously busy time of year. Traveling, shopping, changes in diet and sleep patterns, combined with additional family commitments (who we love, but can still push our buttons!), can bring stress levels to an all-time high!

The antidote to stress is relaxation. Restorative yoga focuses on relaxation and renewal by using blankets, bolsters, straps, and other props to safely support the body in various postures, allowing the practitioner to move toward a state of balance.

Restorative yoga soothes your nervous system, helps quiet your mind and invites you to release deeply held tension – with ease and comfort in a supportive environment.

In these special 2-hour classes, students will be able to dive deeply into relaxation. Take time for yourself this holiday season: leave class refreshed, renewed and centered.

No experience necessary.
