Have you ever wondered what the chakras are? Are you ready to experience the chakras rather than just reading or hearing about them?

This class will introduce you to the chakras and help you work with the subtle energies of the body, leaving you feeling calm and rejuvenated.

Beginning with a brief, easy-to-understand explanation of the chakras, we will move into a gentle series of postures designed to help you awaken and direct the energies of the inner spine. In addition, we’ll use affirmations, mini-meditations, therapeutic grade essential oils and specific techniques to help develop an awareness of the chakras and the subtle energies of the inner spine, also known as the astral spine. Learn to direct the newly awakened energy inwards and upwards to become more aware of your own peace and joy within.

Come dressed comfortably with a fairly empty stomach. Bring a glass or stainless steel container to enjoy essential oil-infused water. Yoga mats available to borrow if needed. No experience necessary.

Special pricing: $10 prepaid; $15 at the door. Limited space.
