Combining Ananda Yoga with high quality, therapeutic grade essential oils can bring your experience to a whole new level! We’ll breathe, stretch & move into a higher level of awareness.

Essential oils can help relieve stress, improve sleep, reduce tension and help quiet the mind. Ananda Yoga is known for its gentle, accessible, meditative approach; distinct rest periods between postures; and the use of affirmations. The synergistic effect of using these two healing modalities together is powerful, transformative.

In this particular Aroma-Bliss yoga experience, the Feelings Kit Essential Oils will be used. By taking time to focus on your feelings, you can enhance your life. Therapeutic grade essential oils are excellent vehicles for this task because their molecules pass directly to the emotional brain, allowing us to make meaningful strides toward resolving past issues in a gentle manner, clearing the way to manifest our true and highest potential.

All experience levels welcome; bring a glass or stainless-steel water container; dress comfortably. Sacramento Yoga Center is well-stocked with props including mats if needed.

Feelings Kit Essential Oils

The Focus on Feelings Aroma-Bliss experience is inspired by Young Living’s Feelings Kit and the accompanying protocol. The protocol has been adapted to incorporate a gentle Ananda Yoga practice, the use of affirmations and a powerful Forgiveness Process, as described by best-selling author and teacher of A Course in Miracles, Gary Renard, in Your Immortal Reality.

Aroma-Bliss instructor, Sandi Russi, E-RYT, has been teaching Ananda Yoga for over 17 years, studying A Course in Miracles for 12 years, and using Young Living’s therapeutic grade essential oils for 4 years. She began incorporating essential oils into several of her yoga classes about 2 years ago, finding them to be a powerful agent for deepening the experience. Sandi also teaches classes on essential oil use and safety. Class participants are invited to attend a short Introduction to Essential Oils after the Aroma-Bliss yoga experience.
