I am excited to announce that Aroma-Bliss Yoga will now be offered weekly: Thursdays, 7:00 – 8:15 p.m. at Lion’s Roar Dharma Center (near McKinley Park). Each week, we will integrate 3-4 therapeutic grade essential oils into our practice. Like practicing yoga, essential oils can help relieve stress, improve sleep, reduce tension and help quiet the mind.
