Breathe, stretch and move into a higher level of awareness by combining Ananda Yoga with high quality, therapeutic essential oils and bring your experience to a whole new level!

Like practicing yoga, essential oils can help relieve stress, improve sleep, reduce tension and help quiet the mind. Ananda Yoga is known for its gentle, accessible, meditative approach; distinct rest periods between postures; and the use of affirmations.

The synergistic effect of using essential oils while engaging in this gentle, yet deep practice is powerful, transformative.

After practicing Aroma-Bliss yoga for about an hour, we’ll take a short break and enjoy some oil-infused water. Then we’ll learn about therapeutic grade essential oils: what they are, how to use them and the many ways they can improve your health and well-being.

No experience necessary. Come breathe, move gently and with awareness.
