New! Aroma-Bliss Yoga Series

I am excited to announce that Aroma-Bliss Yoga will now be offered weekly: Thursdays, 7:00 – 8:15 p.m. at Lion’s Roar Dharma Center (near McKinley Park).

Each week, we will integrate 3-4 therapeutic grade essential oils into our practice.

Like practicing yoga, essential oils can help relieve stress, improve sleep, reduce tension and help quiet the mind. Ananda Yoga is known for its gentle, accessible, meditative approach; distinct rest periods between postures; and the use of affirmations.The synergistic effect of using essential oils while engaging in this gentle, yet deep practice is powerful, transformative.
