Saturday, October 20th, 2:30 – 4:30 p.m.
Sacramento Yoga Center

2791 24th Street, Room 6 – Sierra 2 Center for Arts & Community, Sacramento

In this special focus class, Instructor Sandi Russi will lead students through gentle postures, breathwork and affirmations, deepening the experience by applying therapeutic grade essential oils to particular points/energy centers on the body.

For those who have attended previous Aroma Bliss Yoga classes, we will dive a bit deeper this time. For those new to Aroma Bliss Yoga, you haven’t missed anything! Join us to bring your practice to a whole new level! Beginners are welcome.

Essential oils can help relieve stress, improve sleep, reduce tension and help quiet the mind. Ananda Yoga is known for its gentle, accessible, meditative approach; distinct rest periods between postures; and the use of affirmations. The synergistic effect of using essential oils while engaging in this gentle, deep practice is powerful, transformative.

By taking time to focus on feelings, you can enhance your life. Moving gently, listening inwardly, breathing to support the body, mind & emotions, we will gently RELEASE what no longer serves, thereby REVEALING what is, deepening awareness and clearing the way. Therapeutic grade essential oils are excellent vehicles for this task because their molecules pass directly to the emotional brain, allowing us to make meaningful strides toward resolving past issues in a gentle manner, clearing the way to manifest our true and highest potential.

Loaner mats are available if needed. Dress comfortably and bring glass or stainless steel water bottle.
