Let Go Deeply with Restorative Yoga for Body, Mind, Heart

Join Sandi Russi, E-RYT, RScP for Restorative Yoga — typically held during the LAST scheduled class of each month: releasing the past, opening to what is next in life. Next class is:

Friday, July 29, 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.

Via Zoom in the comfort of your own home, so bring your yoga blankets (or any firm folded blankets), bolsters or firm pillows, and blocks if you have them. A chair and strap are also often helpful.

Register on the Schedule Page.

Restorative yoga is very gentle. It focuses on relaxation and renewal, using blankets, bolsters, straps, and other props to safely support the body in various postures for longer durations, gently releasing and balancing the body and mind. In addition, affirmations are used to support the body-mind connection while expanding your awareness.

Join us to:

  • Soothe your nervous system
  • Quiet your mind
  • Release deeply held tension – with ease and comfort in a supportive environment.

Want to go even deeper? Bring pure, Seed-to-Seal® certified essential oils to enhance and deepen the restorative effects. Sandi is an Independent Distributor for Young Living Essential Oils and oil-infused products. Feel free to contact her with any questions.
