Yoga in the Park Fundraiser at William Land Park

East Sac Yoga Instructor Sandi Russi, E-RYT, RScP, is partnering with the local chapter of Sister District for this fundraiser. Enjoy mindful, gentle yoga, followed by a social gathering. To register, click the link below directly to the Sister District site to attend or to donate.

Bring a mat, a strap or soft belt, and a block; loaners available. Also helpful: something to sit on such as a yoga blanket or meditation cushion (a block can work) and water.

What: A gentle, mindful yoga session under shade trees with Sandi Russi, E-RYT, RScP, followed by a gathering for refreshments and positive discussion. 

When: Friday, August 5, 2022, 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.

Where: 1400 13th Avenue in Land Park (across from the pool) Look for the orange Prius, and a flat, grassy location under redwood trees with a bathroom nearby.

Sandi Russi, E-RYT, RScP has been teaching gentle yoga in the Ananda tradition for over 20 years. She focuses on safety and comfort. Classes include affirmations and distinct rest periods in between postures, designed to facilitate awareness. All are welcome, beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
