When practiced with intention, Yoga Nidra is a powerful tool to shift your consciousness — and in turn, your outward experience of life. It is also deeply relaxing, healing and restorative — the perfect antidote to stress!

No experience necessary; all are welcome.

Dress comfortably. Props are available, or feel free to bring your mat and anything that will help you get 100% comfortable: a favorite blank, pillow and/or bolster.

Yoga Nidra is designed to reset your nervous system and shift your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
