Registration & Participation Details:

  • No refunds for this event. However, if needed, you may send a friend in your place. Please e-mail to let us know your friend’s name.
  • Event venue is the American River Grange. Recently remodeled, this is an historic two-story building, without elevator. The main portion of the event will be held upstairs; the restrooms and dining room are downstairs.
  • Small parking lot; plenty of street parking.
  • The yoga sessions are suitable for all experience levels. Safety cues and modifications will be given. All participants must sign the ESY waiver/release liability form.
  • Only Young Living pure, therapeutic grade essential oils will be offered/used throughout the day for a number of sessions. Carrier oil will be available to dilute if needed or desired.

PRESENTERS:
Sandi Russi, E-RYT, East Sac Yoga Owner/Instructor.
Sandi is a certified Ananda Yoga instructor who has been teaching for over 18 years. Sandi’s students enjoy her clear, concise, gentle instructions, and the quiet spaces in between. Along with her regular classes, Sandi leads special focus classes including Aroma-Bliss Yoga℠ , Restorative Yoga, Yoga of Miracles and more.

Ciana Keller, aka “Zen Mama”, Natural Healing & Childbirth Educator. Ciana is a balanced health educator and has been a peaceful birth advocate since 2001, teaching balanced birth. Her heart-centered approach has opened many doors integrating natural childbirth, homeschooling and Young Living essential oils. She stays connected with the community, building relationships one heart at a time. She has been married for 20 years and parenting since 2001, with three children ages 17, 14 and 7. She chooses life and love, and finds a way to create a party out of any theme! Ciana embraces balance and growth as an everyday opportunity to pay attention to seven areas of her life. Whether it be fitness, faith, friends, fun, family, finance or field, she chooses to stay Zen in the midst of the journey and find what is going right… Going to love and gratitude to accelerate all that she does.

Kathleen Scott, retired CMT, is a natural health advocate, essential oils educator and sound healing enthusiast, bringing light, healing energy and positive vibrations in all of her endeavors. She is also a Reiki Master

WHAT TO BRING & WEAR:
Dress comfortably for yoga; layers recommended.

If possible, bring these items: yoga mat, 1-2 yoga blankets, 1-2 yoga blocks, yoga strap and a glass or stainless steel water bottle. Optional: pen & notebook.

Loaner yoga mats, straps, blankets and blocks will be available to borrow if needed.

Sandra Russi, E-RYT, RScP, has been teaching yoga in the Ananda tradition for over 23 years. She often integrates Energy Medicine, Essential Oils, and Inspirational Thought into her classes, drawing on her experience as a student of yoga as well as a Practitioner of the Science of Mind.
