Free Day of Yoga ~ 9.5.22

Sacramento’s Free Day of Yoga is Labor Day, Monday, September 5th. East Sac Yoga is pleased to take part in this event again this year at a local outdoor venue in East Sacramento!

Admission is free; donations graciously accepted.

Instructor Sandi Russi, E-RYT, with over 20 years’ teaching experience, will lead Gentle Ananda Yoga: accessible to all body types and experience levels. The use of affirmations in this practice helps to deepen the experience and develop Higher Awareness. Asana practice helps relieve stress and tension and is an excellent preparation for meditation.

New to yoga? Welcome! This is a great place to start your exploration of yoga as a key tool in bringing health and well-being to your life! Please inform instructor of any medical conditions or concerns.
