Restorative yoga is very gentle. It focuses on relaxation and renewal, using blankets, bolsters, straps, and other props to safely support the body in various postures for longer durations, gently releasing and balancing the body and mind. Join us to:

  • Soothe your nervous system
  • Quiet your mind
  • Release deeply held tension – with ease and comfort in a supportive environment.

During this special infused class, you will experience pure, therapeutic grade essential oils to enhance and deepen the restorative effects. In addition, affirmations support the body-mind connection while expanding your awareness.

Finally, a sound bath of Himalyan singing bowls washes over you, taking you to a deep level of relaxation, re-establishing balance to body, mind and spirit.

No experience necessary. Gentle & accessible to all.

Restorative Yoga led by Sandi Russi, E-RYT.
Lexi Crook will bless all with the healing sound bath.
