Free Day of Yoga ~ 9/7/20

Sacramento’s Free Day of Yoga is Labor Day, Monday, September 7th. East Sac Yoga is pleased to take part in this event again this year ~ virtually!

Location: Via Zoom from your home, backyard or wherever you are inspired to practice where you can access the internet. Registration instructions are below.

Admission is free; donations graciously accepted ~ 100% of donations will go to the Wildfire Relief Fund.

Gentle Ananda yoga is accessible to all body types and experience levels. The use of affirmations in this practice helps to deepen the experience and develop Higher Awareness. Asana practice helps relieve stress and tension and is an excellent preparation for meditation.
New to yoga? You are welcome here and this is a great place to start your exploration of yoga as a key tool in bringing health and well-being to your life! Please inform instructor of any medical conditions or concerns.

HOW TO REGISTER: 
  • Go the the ESY Schedule Page and click on the Free Ananda Yoga Class, scheduled for September 7, 2020.
  • Enter your contact info to reserve your space in class.
  • Look for the email confirmation which includes the Zoom link for the class. If you are new to Zoom, you will want to set up an account ahead of time. It’s free and easy to use. 
  • Another  email reminder with the link will be sent about 25 minutes before class begins.
