We begin with b r e a t h i n g : get grounded with an oil that supports your transition from the outside world.

Then, we move to gentle warm-ups. Combining Ananda Yoga with Young Living’s top quality, Seed-to-Seal® certified essential oils enhances your experience! We’ll breathe, stretch gently and move into a higher state of awareness.

Like the practice of yoga itself, essential oils help relieve stress, improve sleep, reduce tension and can aid in quieting the mind. Ananda Yoga is known for its gentle, accessible, meditative approach; distinct rest periods between postures; and the use of affirmations. Combined, the synergistic effect is powerful, transformative.

Taking time to slow down, breathe deeply and listen to your inner experience, can enhance your life on many levels: physical, mental and emotional. Pure, unadulterated essential oils are excellent vehicles for this task because their molecules pass directly to the emotional brain, gently creating shift in our overall well-being.
